GAUBSTER2: [nq:1]I know what he'll say - "there's no peer reviewed blah blah blah." My concern with these chemical preservatives is ... paprika and I think one other spice, and it's not like humans are eating these things at every single meal.[/nq]Your concern is unfounded. Back to Phil's (and Steve's) point...there is no reason to be concerned, especially since there would be A LOT of dead cats if your "concern" had ANY validity to it at all whatsoever!

GAUBSTER2: I don't parrot Phil. He knows more about cats than I do judging from his posts. I guess though since you've been backed into a corner so many times that you've finally decided just to give up. We'll see...I'll bet you "respond" to my posts in the future in fact, I'll predict it!

GAUBSTER2: [nq:1]Good idea, Liz. Phil is a waste of time. He just doesn't get it and he never will. He'd rather ... unfortunate part though is even if you put him in your killfile, parts of his posts end up in replies.[/nq]Oh, wah wah. Quit being a baby. Everything you just said above is a complete and utter lie like a lot of your posts. Lauren, you on the other hand NEVER back up anything you say.

-L.: [nq:2]The research articles in the citations section of that website ... for myself or my pets. IMO, it's just stupid. -L.[/nq][nq:1]I think we would all benefit to know what was it that you learned in advanced micro and invertebrate zoology that made you adverse to feeding raw.[/nq] Pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoans. Doesn't take a neuroscientist to figure it out. [nq:1]During that course, did they mention the fauna you have in your mouth, nose, skin, guts, etc.?[/nq] What does that have to do with anything? -L.

Doesn't take a neuroscientist to figure it out.[/nq] And which pathogenic microorganisms are these? Is cooking the only way to get rid of them? How about freezing? Do you have an autoclave at home to cook your food? Do you pressure-cook everything you eat for 20 minutes or more? Including fruits? Do you autoclave your boyfriend´s mouth when you kiss him too? You never know what he has been putting into his mouth. [nq:2]During that course, did they mention the fauna you have in your mouth, nose, skin, guts, etc.?[/nq] [nq:1]What does that have to do with anything?[/nq] Everything. Try shooting a sample of microorganisms from your guts into your blood and see how non-pathogenic organisms become pathogenic.

What was I saying about original statements??
