This is a discussion thread · 26 replies Hello everybody!
Yesterday I was bored and decided to look for Miky's belly button (now you can see how badly bored I was! ahaha). Guess what. I didn't find it! I explored his belly thoroughly but there was nothing resembling a navel. Have you ever managed to see it on your cat? Do they have a belly button?
Now I know what I'll do when I'm bored. Honestly I've never tried to find it on my cats. I really should.
I still can see it on my 3 month old kittens. I guess it vanish with time?
Prada yes, you should try and look for it. Let me know if you succeed! Matilde, oh do you? Interesting! I suppose that's because they are still young AND short haired. Miky is so fluffy that looking for his belly button is like looking for a needle in a haystack. By the way - welcome to the forum!
Thanks! And yes, they look like a tiny little dark dot but they're getting unnoticeable already. I can't find it in their momma so I guess it just vanishes as they grow up.
Janis you never cease to amaze me. LOLOLOL. I honestly don't think they do but I could be wrong. too funny!!!
Haha! Good thread! I believe they have it but I have never checked.
Matilde I still find it hard to believe they just disappear (maybe because they don't disappear in us humans). But who knows!alfinnlay Janis you never cease to amaze me. LOLOLOL. I honestly don't think they do but I could be wrong. too funny!!! I'm glad you find my posts interesting! But wait, do you mean you don't think they have belly buttons? I haven't bred kittens but they must have an umbilical cord as far as I know, and therefore they must have a belly button. Besides, Matilde said she could see them in her 3 month old kittens.
I actually was kidding but I have never seen them. I never looked! LOL.
