There are no vaccinations for hamsters. They don't need shots.

They do not actually need vaccinations since they are usually indoors and are fairly healthy. I would avoid getting close to them if you catch a cold or something just so they won't catch it from you and keep their cage as clean as possible because their pee contains ammonia that can be bad for the both of you (it will not kill you but it might make you sick if you don't clean it).
