How is it that people who eat in the same dish do not pick up any bacteria. There is poop and urine on their parts.I'm not sure what you mean because, normally, people and cats do not eat from the same dish. Cats have their own food and water bowls. Even though there may be lots of weird stories about "crazy cat people" but eating from the same dish is a little too much.  haha the poster said it like it's a normal thing that all cat owners do! anyways even though they do some nasty things a lot, cat's and dogs mouths are extremely clean. their saliva is "antiseptic" that is also why they lick their wounds. lol girls! By the way, talking about saliva... as far as I know it's somewhat antiseptic in humans too but maybe not so much as in cats and dogs.   K, time for me to get a new cat so that if my kid needs some antiseptic treatment I have her lick him  Show more
