 my cat marley is always?2 replies Anonymous: my cat marley is always hungry ,and evan eats the dogs food Anonymous: Cats shouldn't eat dog food because they're different in nutrients. How old is your cat and why don't you give him more cat food? Don't overfeed him though and make sure you discuss it with your vet if his appetite has changed unexpectedly without a reason. Ok my cats do the same with my Rottweilers food an my vet said it is not good I looked into it an what I have been told an found was that protein level was higher in dog food than cat. so it isn't good to let them but if your cat is like mine it is like " ya right you try to stop them " my Rottie Allie stops eating to let the cats eat her food"  Junior Participant22 | Have a question?
