Getting rid of worms in cat naturally?

I saw my cat has worms, she's 9 years old. Are there somethings I can give her that will get rid of the worms?

All natural remedies I've ever heard about (garlic or garlic powder, dipping or chewing tobacco) are said to be toxic to cats and dogs so I really don't know if it's safe to use them!
