 Kitten runs away from me?1 replies Anonymous: My kitten Billy has pink eye and a vet said to apply this ointment to his eye twice a day for a week! Billy hates it (who wouldn't?) and runs away every time I come near. I've been trying to comfort him by giving treats after I'm done but I have a feeling he'll stop trusting me when this week is over.  Ideas please?he'll forgive you don't worry! keep doing what has to be done. cats are very good at living in the moment and forgiving, they are not vindictive. take it as if you had to give a sour syrup to a kid. a kid would not stop trusting you after it would he?
