I have a Kurilian Bobtail girl, she's 1,5 years old and weighs about 3kg. She looks all right but when I feel for her all the bones are so easily recognized Emotion: sad

although we were at a vet a month ago for a shot and she said my girl was fine, I still think she's so skinny. Besides she was spayed about 2 months ago and after that she has gained only 300g. We feed her Hills dry food which is always available in her bowl. Please advise. Thank you!

I think her weight is within the acceptable limits... if you want, you can offer her meat or shrimps twice a week. By the way, I do think that a slim cat is better than an overweight one. Emotion: wink

She sounds fit to me... which is MUCH better than being overweight! I wouldn't worry if the vet said she's fine.
