![]() My female red heeler? This question has been answered · 3 replies Anonymous: I have a female red heeler and she is now 1 and 1/2 years old. She has recently been rubbing her face and head in the grass. She did this before when she was younger but only once or twice but she has been doing this for the last two days now. We are just wondering why would she be doing this? Thanks Approved answer (verified by Ruslana) Hello, Anon, There can be different reasons. For example, your heeler simply feels good or she's very excited and, literally, doesn't know what to do with herself.
