Natural, organic shampoos for dogsThis is a discussion thread · 8 replies Anonymous: Are there any natural things I can use to wash my dog with? I don't want to use the shampoos that you can buy because of synthetic and toxic materials in them. Would love to hear some ideas, thank you.I research everything in what I use on my pets, EVERY INGREDIENT. I only use Tropiclean Allergy wipes on my kitties. I just wet them a little bit and run them all over, they poof right up, they don't have any fragrance on them and no harsh chemicals. What is the reason you want to use shampoo on your cat? cat's do not need baths and it can actually be harmful for them and cause skin problems. If your cat has oily skin I would also suggest using wipes that are made specifically for cats to clean him up, but never bath your cat unless it is really necessary. Anonymous: Thank you. Is your reply meant for me Jolen? I was asking about dogs not cats Yup, I think you posted your thread in the "General cat discussions" forum by mistake, alfinnlay also mentioned the word kitties which made me assume you were talking about a cat! it all makes sense now though Anonymous: Oh Sorry! Is there someone that can fix that? Anonymous: Some shampoos in the market are labled "organic", how do I know they are really organic and without chemicals?AnonymousSome shampoos in the market are labled "organic", how do I know they are really organic and without chemicals?Read ingredient list maybe and read reviews in internet? Ingredients can be confusing though, there are many weird words and I often get lost. ![]() Junior Participant15 | Have a question? People are waiting to help. Interesting stuff |
