Neo & Bella

It appears that Neo is actively seeking Bella out on her "off" time and we've been taking the girls out for potty breaks together for the last couple of days. Not every break, but some.
Bella hasn't wanted to go into the office and I'm not sure whether it's because of the giant crate or the puppies (or my reaction).

We don't want to keep Bella separated, but we don't want to cause Neo problems. I'm probably being too cautious (DH thinks so). I'm fine with having the girls spend more time together away from the puppies, but this is also not always easy to manage because we have to spend so much time in the office and we don't like leaving the whelping box unattended because sometimes Neo accidentally squishes puppies. Now that the puppies are a little bigger and a little more mobile, this becomes less of a concern.
So I'm thinking that each in our own way, we're probably being over protective and if we continue, we'll cause ourselves more problems. The puppies are in a giant crate and that crate door can be closed. Neo shows no sign of aggressiveness towards Bella and Bella is 97% fine with Neo. I know we have to take Neo out with Bella more, but I'm not sure how to proceed with bringing her back in the office so everyone is comfortable. And again, I'm assuming I am a problem.
