A slightly better description, and from a more reliable source is http://clubs.akc.org/ohca / To assess a breed description it helps to see how clearly it identifies the downsides of the breed. Every breed has characteristics that some people feel are a downside. The more clearly the description identifies what these things might be, the more aware they are of what the breed is like to live with. This is critical because the worst people to be placing a breed are those who fail to see qualities that other people may not appreciate. They then get the dog poorly placed.
