We feed our pug grain free food but he keeps gaining weight! He looks obese. I thought grain free food shouldn't cause it, any ideas??? The pug is 4 years old neutered male and the food is Evo dry.

How much food does he eat? Pugs are prone to obesity so their diet must be watched carefully even if it's grain free or raw. Dry food, by the way, lacks moisture and can cause certain health problems, so consider putting him on a wet diet. Start exercising him if you're not doing so already. Sensible physical load can never harm obese dogs.
