What's wrong with our Musk Turtle?

We have a musk turtle who has been healthy since we got him. The other day he stopped wanting to eat, and this morning he seemed very pale and was floating sideways. Also, his eyes are shut and he hasn't opened them up.. We actually thought he was dead but moved a bit when we took him out. Any ideas or suggestion??

What's the temperature in the tank? If the turtle is floating sideways that's bad especially if he has other symptoms like sneezing, bubbles, breathing out of his mouth etc. These'd be signs of a respiratory or other infection which can be fatal if no treatment is provided. Please seek a qualified herp vet's help asap.
