Cats can have different coat colours, including pure white and white with another colour (bi-coloured). There are also cats that are born as albinos; these cats have complete lack of pigmentation. Some cats are born pure white and develop their colour as they mature; this is true for most colourpoint breeds like the Siamese and Birman.
