Please Ecky keeps chattering its beak ,and also scratches its self with its leg or beak.I also suspect that it is pulling out its feathers
 hi i am not a bird expert but from what i know it can be a molt. have you tired offering it a bowl with water in case it wants to bathe? if the feathers cause the itchies, a bath always helps with that.
