I just read that some people use chewing tobacco to get rid of parasites in pets! Sounds a bit absurd to me because afaik, nicotine is poison for animals right? So how does that work?
magnolia nicotine is definitely toxic. a vet told me the toxic dose for cats is 0.5-1 mg per pound of body weight and the lethal dose is 4 mg per pound.
