There are a lot of opinions about it. Some think the earlier, the better, while others are sure that dogs should have puppyhood and that training had better be started at about one year of age. What is your opinion?
Definitely the earlier the better. A pup can start training from 8 weeks onwards. It can be fun too. If left for too long you'll have a much harder time training your dog.
The earlier the better with positive reinforcement dog training. Clicker training can begin at 8 weeks or earlier!

Hi! Our dog is a VERY picky eater and the only thing he'll eat is meat. What can we do?
Anonymous Three days without food, more exercise, and he'll eat anything! Don't worry, he won't die from exhaution. I think he just has to go through the REAL hunger like many animals do in the wild. They have to fight for food. You can even be creative and ...
One of my dogs were picky. I put her food down, if she left it I picked it back up and gave her nothing until her next feed. In the end she realised that if she didn't eat what she was given she wouldn't eat at all.

Do you guys think that putting a cat in a crate is absolutely necessary when you ride in a car? I've heard a lot of opinions from my friends. Some say being in a crate is an additional stress for the cat and it's better to keep it in your bosom. ...
If you ask me I'd say yes yes and one more yes for crating a cat when you're in a car. Cats get scared very easily and there are usually a lot of noises in the road, so even if you hold your kitty tight in your bosom, it can escape easily enough ...
I would think it silly not to have a cat confined when you're transporting it in a car. What happens if the cat breaks free of the person's arms? It could cause an accident.
When I'm taking my cats to the vet, I put them in a pet carrier and drape ...
i'm sad to tell you all about this but once i saw a cat jump out of a riding car through window. i don't know what made the owners be so careless leaving their cat unconfined AND keeping a car window open. i just have no explanation.

Cotton has her moments where she will hiss at them but for the most part she's brill with them. It's hilarious to see them flying around the house Emotion: big smile
Woah, welcome back sequeen! Your pictures (or I better say your kittens? Emotion: giggle) are absolutely stunning and adorable, as usual. Congratulations on becoming a super duper lively cat family! Meow!

About me

My name is Sarah. I'm 22, a mummy of a beautiful 2 month old baby boy and live on a mountain with my partner with our 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have a 14 year old collie cross (Candy), almost 3 year old black german shepherd (Sky), a 2 year english mastiff/dogue de bordeaux (Luna) and two 1 year old white cats (Cassie and Gwyn). I've introduced myself before but for those who know and remember me I wanted to let you all know that Thomas arrived safely after a long and complicated pregnancy :)

Mummy to 1 GSD, 1 collie x, 1 english mastiff/dogue de bordeaux, 1 cat and currently 5 kittens (will drop down to 3). I'm a busy woman!
