I got him! Such an amazing snake! very squeezy on the arm as opposed to my corn snake...lol. Seems very ... a cool snake! Thanks to everyone who helped me with my question and offered advice and such! == Gremlin Dude

They are beautiful. :-)
Soft, pettable, kissable, and MUCH stronger than a corn snake!

A bit of advice, NEVER wear a boid around your neck unless there is a mirror nearby, especially if it's a large boid. I had an 8 ft. redtail one time. She'd start to creep down my back sometimes and got a bit tight around my neck. As long as I could find the head or tail, it was no problem as she was easy to unwrap.
Enjoy!

Don't get complacent - my boa is sweet as anything, but bites me about once a year on average, and when he does he gives no warning.

And in almost every case, I'm sure it's your fault he does it. Most snakes don't bite for no reason, they don't get mad at you, any time they bite, it's because they are provoked, either because you did something or forgot to do something.
Now if you want to talk about green tree boas or the like, those are just nasty snakes and all bets are off. Emotion: wink
