I have a question I have not been able to find an answer to. Is it possible to get Ball Pythons to eat anything besides rodents? I mean would they possibly eat an anole lizard, large beetle, or maybe a frog? I know there are other species of snakes that will eat all of the afore mentioned, and more! So has anyone ever heard of them eating anything other than strictly rodents? Just curious...

I believe their natural food is something like a gerbil or hamster, so rodents are their primary food choice.
Feeding a larger Ball Python (4+ years old) would be expensive if you plan on buying the alternative food.
I do think you could get them to eat something other than a rodent, but I don't think it would be easy and probably VERY stressful for the snake.
Not really a good idea in my view!
