My 8 year old collie has recently developed some serious sneezing issues. She will sneeze about 5 times in a row, 6 different times a day. By the time she gets to her last few sneezes, her whole body gets into it. I can tell that it seems as though she can't quite satisfy the tickling sensation she must be experiencing. I left a message with the vet this morning but was hoping that someone could shed some light on this while I waited for a return call. I have searched past posts and have gotten quite a few ideas as to what it could be. None really seem to apply other than the fact that she could have a cold.
I have not started using any different cleaners which would trigger the sneezing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Melissa
Hi Melissa,
I hope you got a call back and got her into the vet. My Bo, a 12 year old Alaskan Mal mix went through something similar the week before last. His turned out to be a sinus infection, but as my vet pointed out..in description.. it could be a number of things. Hope your Collie girl is feeling better.
