Don't do that!
White vinegar can be used in healthy ears to prevent yeast growth. If the ears are red or inflamed, go to the vet and buy a prescription bottle of ear drops. The ears should heal in a month.
Then maintain healthy ears with vinegar twice a week. I use a squeeze bottle with a spout to fill each ear with vinegar, they shake and the ears air dry. Vinegar dries without any residue. Leaves ears dry and clean

The black ear junk is a yeast infection in dogs. They r getting too much yeast in their diet. Easy thing is to use baby wipes to clean it out. I then use a kleenex to dry round ear as my dog hates the wetness.
