Yesterday morning at 7 am I found a small (2 inch) string on the floor. I picked it up and threw it away. Last night about 7 pm, I noticed a new mouse toy I bought was missing whiskers.


I have 2 10 month old cats and I have no idea if one of them ate a string. Its been over 24 hours and they are eating, playing, and it appears pooping normally.


Its Saturday and I dont want to spend a thousand dolllars at an emergency vet on x rays. Can anyone give me suggestions?
