No if they're socialized well and you don't tease them. Rabbits, like dogs, can bite and can not. That depends on the owners.
i don't always understand why many ppl ask questions like do mice bite or do rats or rabbits bite. why aren't the same questions asked about cats and dogs? c'mon ppl! animals are animals and they WILL bite if mistreated! obviously if you socialize and treat them respectfully you shouldn't worry about biting really.
