I'm not shipping. Come and get them. My wife will show them. The big snakes are real sweeties.

Good bye.

[nq:1]Good bye.
Twice in one year, eh Pete? Maybe you should just cut back on herps and keep your favorites?

Oh wait, they're all your favorites, aren't they...

Hope this message finds you in tolerable health! <3

Go and get yourself a nice glass of '97 Ravenswood Monte Rosso Zin. Turn the lights down low. Put on some Bach. Turn off the phone. Sit in the comfy chair and play with one of them.

fr0glet, Weren't you just bitching about someone getting rid of a sulcata? How is getting rid of these animals any different? You know how many columbian boas and burms there are in rescues? But it's ok because he's your internet buddy? What happened to "if you have an animal it should be kept for life"?

This is different. I don't think pete has any serious intention of getting rid of his animals. Also Pete is not some guy that say a burm in a pet shop and thought it was cool, so he bought it and now its too big or he's bored with it.

Three differences I can think of, offhand... Pete isn't asking money, he probably doesn't have any real intent to give the critters away anyways, and the number of people who can adequately care for the burms and boas is probably at least an order of magnitude greater than the number of people who can adequately care for sulcatas. The hognoses and so forth aren't even an issue in regards to the last point.
