I found a seagull in my yard just laying there and it let me go near it and touch it. My mom came and gently picked it up and put it in a bike basket to bring to the beach and it's just limp. It's eyes look watery and it's able to hold its head up a little bit, but the head keeps bobbing with every gust of wind. We set it down in some greenery at the beach far away from the ocean and it's just laying there. Breathing seems normal, it's not heavy breathing, and it moved a little bit. It just spread it's wings slightly and twitched its head but nothing else. Did we do good by bringing it to the beach? Is it gonna be ok? Tried giving it water but it didn't drink. Someone please help
