Hey Punky, I saw 2 turtles very fast with my own eyes last week! And they were also very big! I guess it's time to re-consider them as fast animals 
Hehe apparently this is the worlds fastest turtle, doubt it but it is quite speedy

I think the first one was faster... And I'm also wondering if it was in fact mechanized It seemed to really like cats!
I didn't know turtles could be that fast! 
My grandma has turtles and they are fast as well!!!
