Perhaps calling for a female, a flock, getting your attention, bored, likes to hear himself, put him on your shoulder and let him stay, they love to be with a companion.

also it needs a bird friend, putting it in the cage for doing what is natural isnt a good practice, you are probaly pissing the bird off and in the long run making things worse. If it is you and him, he needs YOU.

One of my amazons says "hello!" in a progressively more frantic tone until I go pick him up. The bloody thing is too lazy to fly over to me, even though he is quite capable of doing so!

Sky have just won the rights to screen the first World Origami Championships from Tokyo. Unfortunately it's only available on Paper View.

Wow, "put him on your shoulder". I'd expect a negative response to that.

Why?
Not from me though, I love my birds on my shoulder and they seem to enjoy it too.

Same here. In fact 5 of my 11 parrots fly over to me whenever they see me. I guess I must look attractive to parrots?!

I will kill you until you die from it!
