my daughter respectfully requested that I ask you for more photos of the puppies today so she can see them after school. (Okay, she begged me...)

wahoo! I just saw the puppy hat picture!! Boy Neo's fur is shiney. She looks great, especially great for a brand new mom.

Thanks, Montana.
Would a chorus of "more! more!" be obnoxious?

I put up a new one a little while ago, but then I got a good drunk puppy shot, so there are two today.
One of our favorite fashion statements, started by a tubby Baby Bella was the invention of the Puppy Hat. She woke us up faster if she slept in our bed (when she couldn't make it through the night) and she particularly enjoyed migrating between a head and the headboard.

She will still occasionally try this, only the results are much messier. It's very difficult to wear an adult dog on your head. (I know Miss Brown will feel offended and will decry my objection to itty bitty dogs like herself as head ornaments).

Love the Puppy Hat, and of course, the drunken puppy. They look like little piglets, which is all kinds of cute.

This I know!

Hrmf. She may have the power to fold space, and thereby make herself bitty, but she still does not belong on my head. She occasionally tries it, just to make absolutely sure it's still Not Allowed. And every single damned time, I explain to her (with love!) that I'm not okay with the Puppy Hat.

Boy Neo's fur is shiney.

It happened the day after she gave birth. It was that instantaeous. She went from dull & drab hair with dry skin to shiney hair and no dandruff.

Are you giving her puppy food or some sort of supplementation?

Puppy food and I can't spell Estiblac? The stuff you use if puppies aren't eating enough, or for lactating mothers.
I may cut that out because her poops are loose and vile!

I suspect eating the placentas had something to do with the suddenly shiney coat. I was at a friend's birth and the midwife rubbed the goo from the baby all over her skin, said it was the true fountain of youth.

Some cultures eat their human baby placentas. In fact, I was given a recipe for placenta parmesan after the birth of my second. But NO, I didn't try it...
