"Average people" will heretofore be banned from public places,

How about usenet? I interpret my being here as not really me being here so much as having a presence here and therefore that should be loophole enough.
from breeding amongst themselves,

Good thing I got my kid in (or out) early.
and from voting in local and general elections.

Well if the average person cannot vote in elections then that leaves the hybrids aka politicians and the abnormal. Forcing average people to live by the decisions made by the hybrids & abnormal will result in mass suicide and a stench so foul it'll overtake all of Europe (cuz the hybrids & abnormal won't be able to get rid of the bodies fast enough).
If such average person is ever found with a ballot in his possession, he shall immediately be arrested, his property ... ably sterilized at a veterinary clinic chosen at random by the Chairman. This meeting is now adjourned. Drive safely, folks!

How the hell can most of us drive since the roads are public domain?!!

LOL... here's an even scarier one - Piglet!

Piglet's just adorable. I suspect a certain dog takes full advantage of all that adorableness.
Better run and hide from the evil pit bulls before they get'cha!

Thank goodness I don't live with THOSE dogs. I don't think I'd be able to sleep.
Of course, I don't think I can sleep now, knowing that I have TWO evil dogs among our midst. And Khan must be pure evil, considering that he contains two evil breeds instead of just one.
I thought they were sleeping all this time. Must be plotting instead.

Okay, if you really want to change things, I'll give you a clue: the way to do that would be through educating the average joe who is the force driving these bans

i've had time to think some more about this point.

the subject of BSL has been done to death here over and over and over and over again. you could measure the seasons by the discussion of BSL, crop/dock, and the use various training collars collars. while it may seem to you that it's reasonable to ask to be educated on a given topic, it is not my or anyone else's job to oblige you. i resent being told that i'm responsible for your education. you're aware that this is a volatile issue, so it seems to me that the onus is on you to educate yourself. in fact, it's your moral obligation.

Not necessarily. If you could train all the subject dogs to bite with the same method (since we can train ... then you would have a comparable measurement across breeds. It might give you some idea, at least, of maximum strength.

that still wouldn't be meaningful, though. a dog in full drive will not bite with the same force as one that is not in full drive.

No. Just very smart people and very stupid people will be left.

And we'll take care of the very stupid people at our April meeting.

Who said that average people will be authorized to own cars?

At our next meeting, we will offer an amendment to also ban average people from owning or even riding in automobiles.
But average people will still be required by law to pay personal property tax on the kind of car that an average person would have owned had he or she been allowed to own it, plus the usual annual or semi-annual license fees, various inspection fees, etc., of course.

Maybe showing re-runs of the old Little Rascals and Our Gang TV shows would help?

And those days.

I'm calling your wife.

Sorry. She's asked me to pass along to you that she no longer takes calls from average people.
As a very, very smart person herself, she's totally with me on this one.
Word up.
