Yes they can sense the vibration and it can disturb them. Mine was clearly showing signs of discomfort when I turned music on too loud, he was trying to hide. Perhaps they could adapt to it like some neighbours have to do but I'd suggest that you think carefully and decide how comfortable that is for your spider.
