Someone mentioned they'd like to see more of my photography work. Since I'm more of a dog person, I thought I'd post this here. I hope this is ok.

A Chance For Bliss is a non-profit animal sanctuary in Penryn, CA. I spent a couple of visits taking pictures of some of their animals and designed a promo for them to show during their live group presentations.

These dear people take care of about 90+ senior and throw away animals in the last stages of life. It must rip their hearts out every time they lose an animal they've come accustomed to!

They can always use sponsors if anyone is interested.

Thanks for sharing - great photos and lovely animals! What amazed me most is the eyes of the animals. Very expressive and smart, all of them!
Do they take care of cats too, Deborah?
Hello Ruslana,

They have 3 cats but I didn't happen to get pictures of those when I made this show. If you'd like to see one of their cats, I have a picture of a nice white one, named Casper, posted on my Four Feet Fotos FACEBOOK photo album. The other two that live there are kind of feral and not very agreeable to having their picture taken! LOL But Casper is very friendly! Emotion: smile

Since I'm not allowed to post links you'll just have to look it up I guess. But I don't think you should have any trouble finding it. I have links to theFour Feet Fotos FB page in my personal FB profile too.
Deborah Green...not very agreeable to having their picture taken! LOL
They're just like my Barsik then, haha Emotion: big smile he isn't feral but he hates the camera. I even posted a story about it in the Pet Stories section, with some pics. Here we go:

Yep it was easy to find your page on Facebook. I liked it! Really great photos! [Ye] Casper is a beauty, let alone all the other gorgeous dogs. Emotion: smile
Superb photography! Now that's an interesting job! Is it difficult to photograph animals (especially cats and dogs?).

Thanks for sharing the video too Emotion: smile
Hi Lauren,

LaurenIs it difficult to photograph animals (especially cats and dogs?).
For some people, I suppose it could be difficult to get good photos. I seem to have a knack for it. It's pretty hard to do with a point and shoot though due to shutter lag. You can get decent pictures with a P&S but a DLSR is better because there is no shutter lag time.

I have another show I'll post as soon as I'm able to negotiate with the musician, the fee to license the piece of music used in the show. It's another presentation, meant for our SPCA. My husband has been doing feline alley-cat trap and return for a number of years now and is expanding the operation.
is off for a look at facebook for casper now Emotion: big smile great video and clearly great people that run that place if only there were more like it

I enjoyed that, thank you!
