Baron, is a standard schnauzer.

Traitor!
He's about 15 weeks old, and a heck of a nice little pup.

Seriously, nice looking pup!
PS: Is it raining yet?

I'm afraid they sold you a frog that they are trying to pass off as a dog! Emotion: smile Baron is very very cute. Is he a good puppy or an eeevil puppy?

You saw the first pic, and still have to ask?
The eyes, woman! LOOK AT THE EYES.

He's grown a bit since then. Here's one taken last night:

Baron is very very cute. Is he a good puppy or an eeevil puppy?

He's both. He's been very good with housetraining and obedience (he's sitting with a hand signal already), but he also loves to snatch towels and run around with them. He also likes to jump up and grab clothing.

He seems pretty big for 15 weeks. Are you sure someone didn't pass off a GS?
I like his eyes! Mine are blue, too, though not eevil blue like Baron's.

Nope. Hoping for it later in the day. The temperature has fallen, though - currently it's only about 85F, which is heaven for this part of the world at this time of year.

Remember, he's a standard, not a miniature. He should grow to about 18" to 20" at the shoulder and 35-50 lbs.

It's new technology, a spinoff from the blue LEDs.

Yup, but he seems pretty large for 15 weeks. It's probably his big attitude shining through the picture.

Baron? I seem to have missed something. Where can I catch up?

Sketchbook Speed of Light, call name Baron, is a standard schnauzer. He's the offspring of CH Scarlights Seasar TD NA and CH Sketchbook Moonlit Madness.

And Seaser, a dog I personally know, is not only extremely cool but has also won the breed at Westminster, owner-handled, for the past 3 years in a row and has been ranked #1 schnauzer for several years too.

Oooh, I do love a standard. Looks like VERY nice furnishings on him also. Many standards - even very well bred ones - have skimpy furnishings.

Standards are absolutely incredible dogs. There is virtually nothing they can't do - in the right hands. And their brains and thinking processes are drop-your-jaw amazing.
Unfortunately, DH says IF there is to be a dog added to our numbers, it can not be another intensive grooming one.
