What Do I Do?

My french mastiff is almost 2 years old. He got neutered at the age of 1. Is there a way for Duke (my dog) to not be so mean towards people? We used to have people come inside and now he barks and almost wants to attack anyone who enters the house and can hardly every have house guests now. Is there anything to do to make him more social towards people? Even on walks he has become very mean towards strangers even when I say its ok to the dog.

Neutering isn't enough to prevent aggressive dog behavior. They also need obedience training, socialization and discipline. What you now need to do is to become an alpha dog for Duke. Check out these articles:
