You know, like if it were a movie, what would the soundtrack be doing?

Brando: "Sensitive Artist" by King Missile
Grant: "Been Caught Stealing" by Jane's Addiction (naughty dog)

Harry: Theme song from Speed Racer
OK, how about if a movie were made about your dog and he/she were played by a human actor, who would it be? The things insomniacs think of when laying in bed at night, LOL.
Brando: Jeff Goldblum
Grant: The kid who plays Reece on "Malcolm in the Middle"

Harry: Jim Carey
Aimee Nicole Schantz
Brando the APBT
Grant the AmStaf
Harry the Malinois

Barneys theme song would be the one to the Andy Griffith Show. He is named after Barney Rubble of the Flintstones but thinks he is Barney Fife..LOL Always barking and putting on a show.

Aw, Melanie... how 'bout the theme from McGyver for Solo?

Although I do believe Solo could get out of almost any situation given some matches and duct tape, the McGyver theme is a bit too cheerful to suit.

Skeeter's theme came to me yesterday in the car: "Baby I'm a Star" by Prince.

Solo: This is difficult. He looks just like Ewan McGregor, but he acts like Russell Crowe. Actually, Russell Crowe did a pretty good job as John Nash the last time around.
Fly: Lucille Ball.
Skeeter: Maybe Joe Pesci?

Now that's perfect - right down to the similarity between the singer and the dog.

Pablo excels at striking an elegant pose and he's always appropriately dressed for the finest occasions. So perhaps a good theme would be something from an old movie where the leading guy is suave, debonair & wearing a tux. The only song I can think of that fits is "Putting on the Ritz" except that when I think of the song I hear the "Young Frankenstein" version.

If I go with a theme song for Pablo's personality, it would be "Sensitive New Age Guy" by Christine Lavin.
Lucy theme song is "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." I wish I could think of something more unusual but, well, Lucy is very girly, an all-around attention *** and always ready to play.

Hmm. If there's an ego vibes coming from Pablo during these moments then "I'm too sexy..." may be a good theme song for him.

My friends and I have played this game for years. Perfection is when both the personality and physical characteristics of the dog and actor matched. Many rough sable collie girls are Meryl Streep. My friend's rough sable male, Rusty, would be played perfectly by a young handsome Robert Redford. A lot of roly poly Beagles are Drew Carey.
We never did find the perfect human counterpart for Dino. One possibility was the Emperor in Amadeus ("Too many notes"). But while the Emperor character fit physically (long nose) and coloring (pale) and in being somewhat dense, Dino had a sly sense of humor and a twinkle of fun in his eyes which that character didn't have. Zeffie was Natalie Wood (dark eyed & serious), no doubt about it. Pablo might be David Niven - both wear a tux and have long noses. Lucy most obvious human counterpart is Lucille Ball - she fits physically, in personality and in coloring.
